Project mission
ERC Train aims to develop a full immersive training program concerning grant methodology and project management thanks to a technical know-how transfer through the participation of acknowledge professionals operating in the specific field. The training process is elaborated according to learners’ need, based on both one to one and cooperative lessons in order to acquire a comprehensive overview on beneficiary’s skills and expected results. The course’s object focuses on the main topic concerning research activities: fund raising techniques, grant writing, European project design, project management, budget setting, reporting procedures, laboratory administration, team building and time management.
