Project mission
INPACT promotes good practices in horticultural and fourth-range production to combat the incidence of some tospoviruses and encourage the adoption of sustainable solutions for the conservation of soil fertility. It provides innovative tools to contain the spread of Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus, reduces the incidence of damage caused by TSWV thanks to the combined use of biochar/Trichoderma and evaluates TSWV-resistant varieties of lettuce and chicory intended for fresh-cut production.
