VIPCAT develops innovative technologies for added value products synthesis, with the final goal to produce these products at industrial level in a more productive way and with minor costs and less environmental impact. The main goal is to promote the application of a new productive approach that exploits organometallic reagents, biocatalyst reactions and enzymatic immobilization instead of the traditional toxic substances. This innovative process will concern the production of food supplementary and flavors by implementing the flow chemistry which allows to use potentially dangerous reagents in safety conditions. Thanks to the enzymatic transformation and biocatalysis, the companies will be able to produce natural aroma with a competitive process and a lower environmental impact.
The organization has complied with the regulatory requests dictated by the Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 n. 24 on the subject of whistleblowing, through the adoption of the reporting portal prepared by CSA COESI. The procedure for making reports and the related information documents have been shared with the active subjects identified by the standard and are available at the company headquarters.
